All elements available on privacyscore.fr and inside the Privacy Score application, including without limitation the source code, the design, the screenshots, the logos, the text, and the brand, are the exclusive property of Skander BAHRI / CoDevelop, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation, whether in whole or in part, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written consent of the publisher. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and is punishable under Articles L. 335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the courts located in the district of the Tribunal judiciaire de Bordeaux. Where the user is a consumer residing in another EU Member State, Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 of December 12, 2012 (Brussels I bis), in particular its Article 18 on jurisdiction in matters relating to consumer contracts, applies and may also confer jurisdiction on the courts of the user’s place of residence.

Reporting Unlawful Content
